BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — With the countdown on for a historic launch from the Space Coast, Vice President Mike Pence spoke with the astronauts who will be on board, with just over a week until liftoff.
Pence spoke with astronauts Bob Behnken and Doug Hurley on Tuesday, who will both be aboard the first test flight of Crew Dragon 2 on May 27.
They will launch from Kennedy Space Center to the International Space Station.
Pence spoke with the astronauts virtually as they continue to quarantine ahead of the launch.
