ORLANDO, Fla. — Update: If you like the weather cold, then Channel 9 meteorologist George Waldenberger has some good news for you.
The coldest weather yet this year is just days away. It will come as a strong, winterlike cold front overnight Thursday, leading to the first mornings in the 40s in Orlando since last winter.
Before that, we’ll have a few more milder and warm days, with a few coastal showers Tuesday as the winds pick up.

Central Florida will be partly cloudy and sunny on Monday.

After some patchy morning fog burns off, our area will see high temperatures in the mid-70s.
The forecast will be sunny the next few days until a cold front arrives closer to the weekend.

A big cold front is moving across the U.S. and will reach Florida by Thursday evening.
The front will bring rain and storms and drop our temperatures.

The high temperatures will be in the 60s on Friday and into the weekend.
Low temperatures will be in the 40s for most of our area.
