ORLANDO, Fla. — Happy Labor Day! Monday is going to be soggy, with widespread showers and storms expected throughout Central Florida.

A front located near north Florida is bringing a lot of rain into the area. There is 70% chance of rain.
The rain will come early, with some areas seeing rain early Monday morning.

The storms will work their way from west to east.
Make sure to stay away from flooded areas. Poor drainage areas may easily flood.

In the tropics, Tropical Depression 17 formed in the Atlantic Sunday night, according to the National Hurricane Center.
The system is expected to become a tropical storm on Monday.
Tropical Depression 18 formed early Monday morning. It is expected to become a tropical storm late Monday.
The next name will be Paulette followed by Rene.
