ORLANDO, Fla. — Central Florida will be hot Tuesday with a better chance of seeing scattered afternoon storms.

After starting in the mid-to-upper 70s in the morning, high temperatures should reach around 92 degrees.

A front to the north of the state will draw in extra moisture and increase rain chances over the next few days.
Central Florida is forecast to see a 60% chance of afternoon rain and storms Tuesday.

The rain chances will go up to 70% from Wednesday through Friday.
A strong tropical wave will move toward the Caribbean over the next few days. Slow development is possible.

Thankfully, there are no tropical threats to Florida at this time.
