Heavy thunderstorms roll in through the morning due to Tropical Depression Mindy

ORLANDO, Fla. — Heavy thunderstorms will roll in through the morning hours due to Tropical Depression Mindy.

The storms will start out in the Marion County area this morning and continue across Central Florida through lunchtime.

There is a 90% chance of rain.

The storm’s should clear around 5 p.m.

Temperatures will climb into the upper 80s and low 90s.

Hurricane Larry is causing an increase in rip currents at our local beaches.
