Severe weather pushes through Central Florida; causes thousands of power outages

ORLANDO, Fla. — After a few hours of severe conditions and warnings, storms have made their way through Central Florida. You can read about the cooler weather expected to arrive in the area here.

4:00 a.m.

Power outages are still being assessed throughout the state, with most customers affected away from Central Florida. Orange and Marion counties have reported as having thousands of Duke Energy customers affected.

All tornado watches and warnings have expired for Central Florida counties.
