ORLANDO, Fla. — Nota en español: Dos ondas tropicales en camino para el Caribe occidental, atentos a posibles desarrollo tropical
A tropical wave over the Central Caribbean has a medium chance to develop into a tropical depression or tropical storm by the end of this workweek.
This tropical wave will interact with the tail end of the cold front that will push through Florida this week. This combination will enhance more instability which will then have a better chance to become an organized system.

As far as for a possible trajectory, without the system not being organized yet, it is impossible to know where this system will end up. Models are in disagreement and there is a widespread of possible tracks and even speed.
It is likely that we will have to be monitoring the western Caribbean for the next 2 weeks or so, as there are a couple of tropical waves that could have tropical development in the same region during this time.
We will monitor closely this system through the week, please check back for any updates.
LOCAL WEATHER: Timing: Heavy, widespread rain for Central Florida ahead of fall-front
