Coldest weather of the season hits Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. — You may want to make sure you have extra layers on before you head out the door Tuesday morning.

Temperatures will sit around the 30s and 40s to begin the day in many areas around Central Florida.

Winds will stay cool as the day progresses with highs in the upper 50s.

Freeze watches are in place for inland Volusia, Lake and Sumter counties for Tuesday evening in what is expected to be the coldest night of the season so far.
