SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — Central Florida residents are preparing for whatever Tropical Storm Elsa brings our way.
In Altamonte Springs, neighbors are filling up sandbags and not taking any chances when it comes to protecting their homes during the storm.

The city of Altamonte is offering free sandbags at Eastmonte Park.
Channel 9 meteorologists say our biggest threat will be isolated tornadoes late Tuesday into Wednesday.
