ORLANDO, Fla. -- Markelle Fultz is set to begin his fifth season with the Orlando Magic.
The former No. 1 overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft was traded to the Magic in February of 2019. During the 2019-2020 season, Fultz played in 72 games, but only appeared in 26 games the next two seasons combined because of injuries.
Last season, Fultz played and started sixty games for the Magic and averaged 14 points, 5.7 assists and 3.9 rebounds per game.
Fultz is eager to lead this talented Magic team to the playoffs this season. Orlando hosts Houston in the season opener on October 25.
