Look sharp: Dapper Day outings return to Walt Disney World this weekend

LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. — Walt Disney World is going to look a little more dapper this weekend.

Dapper Day outings return this weekend, giving guests an excuse to put on their dresses, hats and bowties and look their best.

The outings take place Saturday at Epcot, and at Magic Kingdom on Sunday.

Though not an “official” Disney event, Dapper Day draws huge crowds of people in their snazzy best, many of them wearing the same color scheme as their favorite Disney characters, known as “Disneybounding.”

The event started at Disneyland before trickling into Central Florida, and now takes place at both parks once in the fall and once in the spring.

A Dapper Day pop-up shop is set up through April 30 at EPCOT, across from the America Gardens Theater.
