Deputies said the viral clip, which they discovered Monday, showed the boy smoking a marijuana cigarette as adults encouraged him, KSAT reported. Investigators later identified Contreras as one of the people in the video, according to the news outlet.
Contreras' parents had asked her to watch the child before the video was filmed, authorities said. The boy is in his parents' care and will undergo a drug test, according to KSAT.
