If it isn’t enough for some Disney-loving adults to bring home the magic of Walt Disney World or Disneyland, the company has now come up with a way to separate them from their hard-earned money.
Disney has introduced a new initiative called Storyliving. The house of mouse is planning on building a community in southern California for those who can’t get enough of all things Mickey Mouse in their lives, KCBS reported.
The community will be built in Rancho Mirage in the Coachella Valley and will be known as Cotino. It will be developed with help from Imagineers, the Desert Sun.

It will have single-family homes and condos. Some homes are being called estates. It will also have an area for Disney adults 55 and older.
The landscaping will include a 24-acre grand oasis and a lagoon, the company said.
The area was chosen because Walt Disney once had a home there, KCBS reported.
He had one home that he had sold to help finance Disneyland’s building. He bought a second after the park was opened that was a retreat for his family, the Sun reported.
In addition to housing, there will be shops, restaurants and a hotel along with wellness programming and other “curated experiences.”
The company did not say how much the homes would cost or when the ground will be broken.
It also plans to have other communities around the country.
Disney built a community called Golden Oak on the Walt Disney World property in Florida.
It also developed the community of Celebration in Osceola County, Florida, in the 1990s, a few miles from the park.
