BROOKSVILLE, Fla. — A tractor trailer explosion early Friday morning temporarily shuttered a Florida Walmart on one of the biggest shopping days of the year.

Investigators said a tractor trailer parked near two others on the rear west side of the store was fully engulfed in flames. The deputy ran to the vehicles to ensure no one was inside them and removed one person from a tractor trailer that was not on fire. Because the flaming tractor trailer was so close to the building, deputies evacuated the store.
