EUCLID, Ohio — An Ohio woman who said she was dissatisfied with her chicken order took her complaint to a higher authority on Tuesday.
The woman, who was not identified, called Chagrin Valley 911 and said she wanted help “getting all of her chicken” from KFC, WJW-TV reported.
According to the dispatcher, the woman said she had paid for eight pieces of chicken at the KFC in Euclid but only received four, the television station reported.

“I only got four pieces of chicken and I want my chicken,” the woman said, according to the dispatcher.
The dispatcher told the woman that her complaint was a civil matter, adding that “there is not much the police can do about it,” WJW reported.
The angry customer, however, insisted on speaking with a police officer, according to the television station. The officer repeated the police department’s position.
Euclid Police Chief Scott Meyer said it was important for people to remember that the 911 line needed to be clear for emergencies.
“While we are here to serve the public, an incorrect drive-thru order is not a police matter,” Meyer told WJW.
