Katy Perry, Orlando Bloom welcome baby girl, Daisy Dove Bloom

Singer Katy Perry and actor Orlando Bloom have welcomed their first child, multiple media outlets confirmed early Thursday morning.

The baby girl is named Daisy Dove Bloom, and the news broke thanks to a congratulatory post from UNICEF, Billboard reported.

“Welcome to the world, Daisy Dove Bloom! We are honoured to introduce Goodwill Ambassadors Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom’s new bundle of joy,” the statement from UNICEF read.

“We are floating with love and wonder from the safe and healthy arrival of our daughter,” Perry, 35, and Bloom, 43, said, in the statement.

The new arrival is the first child for Perry, 35, and second for Bloom, 43, who got engaged in February 2019, People reported.

Bloom also shares 9-and-a-half-year-old son Flynn with ex-wife, Miranda Kerr, the entertainment magazine reported.
