BENTONVILLE, Ark. — Sam’s Club is offering $8 annual memberships for new customers and deep discounts for current members, the company said Thursday.
The limited-time offer begins Friday and lasts through June 26, the Bentonville, Arkansas-based company said in a news release. The offer returns after it was introduced earlier this year before the Super Bowl, the Miami Herald reported.
The $8 offer is “less than a fourth the everyday price” of a basic club membership, Sam’s Club said in its release. Plus memberships are excluded. The $8 membership is limited to one per person and can only be acquired in-store.
For existing members, Sam’s Club is offering discounts on select items.
Discounts include a $500 price cut off the Member’s Mark 5-Piece Powell Bar Dining Set and $500 off the Member’s Mark Lakemont 7-piece Shuffleboard Dining Set. Members will also be able to save money on several grills, the company stated in its release.
“Just like our members, we also have a ‘more the merrier attitude,’ so we’re excited to be able to bring back our $8 membership offer and let more people discover the quality, convenience, and value that Sam’s Club offers,” Ciara Anfield, chief member and marketing officer for Sam’s Club, said in a statement.
