“Energetic, fun loving, and huge personalities, these tiny people touched the lives of so many,” the GoFundMe page states.

Update 5:50 p.m. ET Dec. 5: The 6-year-old girl and her 4-year-old brother were with family members at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park in Panama City Beach at around 3:30 p.m. CT, the Panama City Herald reported. The children and their parents, who were also at the mini-golf course, were visiting from Kentucky, Debbie Ward, public information officer for the city of Panama City Beach, told the newspaper.

According to a police report, Scott Donaldson of Panama City Beach was driving a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado, the Panama City Herald reported. Police said Donaldson veered from the westbound lanes of Front Beach Road and onto the Coconut Creek property, where the vehicle struck the two children.

One child died at the scene, while the other died at an area hospital, the newspaper reported.

Charges are pending, Ward said.

The cause of the crash is under investigation, WJHG reported.
