WASHINGTON — As the House prepares to introduce articles of impeachment for a second time against President Donald Trump, the lower house is expected to attempt to have him removed under the 25th Amendment to the Constitution.
The House will press Vice President Mike Pence and Cabinet officials to remove Trump, The Associated Press reported.

The resolution is expected to be introduced Monday and voted upon on Tuesday. If passed, Pence and Cabinet members have 24 hours to act before the House begins impeachment proceedings, the AP reported.
