Mary Poppins is back in the first full trailer for the upcoming sequel to the 1964 Disney classic film.
Emily Blunt takes over for the role in "Mary Poppins Returns" made famous by Julie Andrews as the practically perfect nanny who arrives to take care of the Banks children once again. But is it the younger children or her original wards she's there to care for?

Emily Mortimer and Ben Whishaw play the grown children from the original film -- Jane and Michael Banks. Lin Manuel Miranda plays a lamplighter named Jack, ScreenRant reported. He is joined by other big names in entertainment like Colin Firth, Meryl Streep and Angela Lansbury. And Dick Van Dyke, who portrayed Bert in the original, is back once again, playing Mr. Dawes Jr. VanDyke also played Mr. Dawes Senior in the original film.
This time the movie is set in Depression-era London after the loss of Michael's wife. Mary arrives to help the struggling family "rediscover the joy and wonder missing in their lives," according to IMDB's plot summary submitted by Disney.
The movie will hit theaters on Dec. 19, 2018.
