Portraits of 49 Pulse victims to be displayed at City Hall

ORLANDO, Fla. — The City Beautiful held an opening reception for the 49 Portraits Project in memory of the lives lost in the Pulse nightclub attack.

A professor from Georgia created the 49 portraits and got artists from across the country to create images of the victims killed on June 12.

Each picture is as unique as the individuals who were at the club that night.

The portraits will be on view at the Orlando City Hall Terrace Gallery until June 14.

Once the exhibit is over, the portraits will be given to the victims’ families.
