Central Florida Decides: How to watch the House District 7 debate

Eyewitness News will host the latest in its Central Florida Debate Series at 7:30 p.m. Monday on Channel 9.

Anchor Greg Warmoth will moderate the question-and-answer format debate among the three candidates running for U.S. House District 7, a sprawling congressional district covering all of Seminole County and much of northern Orange County, including downtown Orlando, Winter Park and the University of Central Florida.

The three candidates taking part from remote locations Monday are: Incumbent Democrat Stephanie Murphy; Republican challenger Leo Valentin and William Garlington, who is running as a no-party- affiliation candidate.

The half-hour program will feature opening and closing statements and a series of questions on critical issues for all Central Floridians.

The debate will re-air on WFTV at 12:30p.m., Sunday, Oct. 11.

The debate will also be streaming on WFTV Now, which is free on Roku, Apple TV and Amazon Fire.
