Woman wrestles with home invader carrying 12-gauge shotgun

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — A man was taken into custody after Orange County deputies said they found him wrestling with a woman inside her apartment on Wagon Road during a home invasion early Thursday morning.

Deputies said Andrew Graham entered the woman's apartment, while carrying a loaded 12-gauge shotgun.

A 911 call was made, and deputies were able to take down Graham with the help of the victim, who was wrestling him when they arrived.

Deputies said Graham kicked them as he was being taken out of the apartment.

Graham claimed to be having seizures and was taken to Florida Hospital East by Orange County Fire Rescue.

Graham was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, aggravated battery, armed burglary to an occupied dwelling, battery to a law enforcement officer and tampering with a witness.
