Woman killed in crash on SR 528

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Troopers have identified the passenger who died in a crash that blocked off parts of State Road 528 in Orange County for several hours Saturday.

Troopers said 27-year-old Tracy Harman, of Oviedo, died at the scene.

She was in the front passenger seat when the driver, Michael Sparks, 28, lost control of the car about 6:30 p.m.

Troopers said he struck a pole, which split the car in half, sending half of it into a tree.

The crash remains under investigation and troopers said charges are pending.
