The ongoing reimagining of one of metro Orlando’s most prominent shopping centers has landed another trophy tenant.

Premium home furnishings retailer Arhaus Inc. will enter the Orlando market with a new store at Winter Park Village, in the location where Ruth’s Chris Steak House is currently.
An agenda item set to go before the Winter Park City Commission Oct. 12 reveals the request by Winter Park Town Center LTD, an entity related to Casto Southeast Realty, which owns the 32-acre property, to redevelop the restaurant pad into a 22,324-square-foot Arhaus luxury furniture store.
