SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — The Florida Forest Service is working to contain a wildfire burning near the Seminole Ranch Conservation Area.
The Seminole County Fire Department responded to the intersection of State Road 46 and Morgan Alderman Road just before 1 p.m. for reports of a brush fire.

According to the Forest Service, smoke from the fire could be impacting traffic on State Road 46.

They’re asking drivers going through the area to use extra caution.

The Forest Service says the fire is approximately 15 acres in size, but its forward movement has been stopped.
