Scattered storms for some and an approaching cooldown for all

ORLANDO, Fla. — Update:

A few isolated evening storms will pass and cooler air is coming.

A few of these isolated showers will be around through 9 p.m.. After that, overnight through the morning, just a slight chance for a passing leftover shower.

The cooler air filters in tomorrow. Sunshine for the afternoon and most of the day in the 70s. 50s Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.

Meteorologist George Waldenberger said scattered storms formed this afternoon, mainly impacting areas around Interstate 4.

This evening, overnight, and Monday morning, there’s still a slight chance for an additional passing shower, but after that, most of the week ahead looks dry.

It’ll also be cooler, with Tuesday and Wednesday mornings in the 50s.
