Warm and sunny start to the week before cold front drops temps in Central Florida

ORLANDO, Fla. — Central Florida will have a sunny and warm start to the last few days of 2024.

Our area will have a cloudy and somewhat foggy start Monday morning.

We can expect partly sunny skies once the low clouds lift, with just an isolated sprinkle possible.

Highs for Monday afternoon will be in the upper 70s.

Some low clouds and fog are again likely overnight, with dry conditions.

Overnight lows on Monday will be in the low 60s.

Tuesday will feature even more warmth, with highs pushing into the low 80s.

A stray shower will be possible in northwestern areas.

We will ring in the New Year with quiet and warm conditions. We’ll see partly cloudy skies during New Year’s celebrations, with temps in the low to mid-60s.

A cold front will swing through very early New Year’s Day, with cooler conditions in its wake.

Highs to start 2025 will be in the low 70s.

Even cooler air is on the way for the back end of the week, with highs only in the mid to upper 60s Thursday and Friday.
