DELAND, Fla. — A box truck overturned Tuesday after severe storms and a possible tornado moved through DeLand.
The Florida Highway Patrol posted a video of the truck overturning after it was caught in the middle of a possible tornado during afternoon storms.
Troopers said the driver was taken to a hospital with bumps and bruises.
“You never know when weather can turn your life upside down,” the Florida Highway Patrol tweeted.
National Weather Service officials will be in DeLand on Wednesday to survey damage from a likely tornado that destroyed homes and buildings.
