Deputies said Zinck sexually abused two girls, ages 11 and 14, at multiple locations.
Investigators said Zinck was not a stranger to the girls and that the abuse occurred when he was trusted to be alone with them.
Deputies said the investigation into Zinck is ongoing and that they are looking into whether he had any other additional victims.
