Fight over woman leads to deadly stabbing in Daytona Beach, police say

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Police in Daytona Beach are searching for a man they said stabbed another man to death.

Officers said Joseph Williams stabbed Jeremy Davis several times early Thursday, near Ridgewood Avenue and International Speedway Boulevard.

Investigators said the deadly stabbing happened during a fight about a woman.

Police said Davis was found lying in a parking lot, stabbed several times in the stomach.

Davis was taken to the hospital, where he died of his injuries, officials said.
