DeLAND, Fla. — At least 20 DeLand High School football players are quarantining for 14 days after an assistant coach tested positive for the coronavirus.
DeLand High School Athletic Director Lance Jenkins told Channel 9 that the team’s other coaches are also quarantining.

Those quarantining may not return to the field until Sept. 16.
A game against Seminole High School has been canceled because the team would need at least six days of practices before the game for it to be played.
