ORLANDO, Fla. — The University of Central Florida’s Online Bachelor’s Program was recently named as one of the best in the country by U.S. News & World Report.

U.S. News, one of the leading college ranking publications, assessed the online programs based on four categories: engagement, service and technologies, faculty credentials and training, and the results from a survey of high ranking academic officials.

UCF’s program was ranked seventh out of 361 in this year’s list, its highest ranking ever and the first time in the top 10. It’s UCF’s fifth year in a row making at least the top 20.
UCF enrolls more than 6,000 fully online students around the world with more than 100 online programs to offer.
According to UCF, 83 percent of all their students took at least one online or blended-learning course.

UCF has been offering online bachelor’s degree programs since before 1998.
U.S. News also ranked UCF at number 8 overall for both Online Bachelor’s Programs for veterans, and online Bachelor’s in Business Programs.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach received the top overall ranking for online Bachelor’s Programs.
