Troopers said Futch drove his 2003 Blue Chevy Blazer into 17 parked vehicles in eight different crashes while he tried to park his car.
"He started hitting cars. He started from there, ended over there," said witness John Ristic. "We were scared he was going to run over and kill someone."

He refused a breathalyzer test and faces charges of DUI, troopers said.
Futch's license had previously been revoked for DUI on Sept. 3, 2013, troopers said.
Investigators said they don't know where Futch was before the crash happened.
Futch bail is set at $10,000.

"He should thank God because he didn't kill a person. Because if he killed a person, he would never live with himself," Ristic said.
