A trendy women’s fashion retailer plans to open its flagship Florida location in Winter Park’s high-end shopping district Park Avenue as part of a Sunshine State expansion.

Edina, Minnesota-based Evereve will open its 3,193-square-foot store at 400 S. Park Ave. in July.
It will take up part of the 9,113-square-foot space that previously housed Gap, which shuttered in January 2020.

Some of the former Gap space also houses a Tempur-Pedic and there’s another 2,000 square feet still available.
Damien Madsen, senior vice president and managing director of Birmingham, Alabama-based Harbert Realty Services Inc, and Shayna Hansen, director of the Florida region for Lincoln Property Co., represented the landlord in the Evereve deal.
