New townhomes are headed to one of Orlando’s most popular neighborhoods.

Orlando-based engineers Z Development Services filed a request with Orange County to rezone roughly two acres at 1700 S. Bumby Ave. for what the application describes as “3-story single-family attached residential dwelling units.”

The request was filed on behalf of the owner of the property 1700 S Bumby LLC, an entity tied to Orlando real estate developers Elise Sabatino and Giovanni Fernandez of National Real Estate.
