Poseidon’s Fury will have its last shows Tuesday before permanently closing on Wednesday, Universal Orlando Resort previously announced.

The special effects stage show based on the ancient ruins of the Temple of Poseidon opened in the theme park’s The Lost Continent land in May 1999, when the park opened.

The live show uses four types of lasers and more than 200 flame effects. Its water effects include mist screens, cannons and mortars.

The closure will make way for “exciting new experiences,” Universal previously said.
