Timeshare king David Siegel has sold another piece of land

Orlando timeshare giant David Siegel has sold another property, the latest in a string of sales his companies have made dating back to 2021.

Siegel’s Westgate Resorts Ltd. sold a property at 6177 Lake Ellenor Drive in Orlando, to Orlando-based nonprofit Christ For All Nations Inc. for $4.1 million.

The 3.3-acre property within the Orlando Central Park business park includes a one-story, 38,356-square-foot office building constructed in 1972 and parking spaces. Westgate Resorts bought the property in 2016 for $3.6 million.
