Tiger Woods’ PopStroke readies for first Central Florida opening

ORLANDO, Fla. — Golf legend Tiger Woods will open two golf-themed entertainment venues right here in Central Florida.

PopStroke bills itself as “an experiential golf and casual dining concept.”

WFTV’s Christian Bruey got a chance to check out the PopStroke putting courses that are set to open in Waterford Lakes on June 13.

The complex is family-friendly, with two 18-hole putting courses, a restaurant and a playground.

PopStroke co-founder Greg Bartoli told Eyewitness News that there’s something for “everybody between the ages of 3 to 83 ... whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced skilled player.”

It will cost $25 to play all day on the course.

Woods is planning to open eight new locations in 2022 — and a second location in Central Florida next year.
