ORLANDO, Fla. — Florida is starting to receive shipments of the third vaccine in the U.S. to combat the spread of COVID-19.
County heath officials confirmed Thursday night that thousand of doses of the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine have already arrived in the area.
Orange County is reporting that the FEMA vaccine site at the Valencia College West Campus has received 6,000 J & J doses.
Officials is Seminole County also confirmed Thursday that 3,000 J & J vaccines have been delivered to the county.

Officials have not said how the new vaccines will be distributed, or how to sign up if eligible.
