Central Florida residents and visitors hungry for a new place to dine for breakfast, lunch or dinner will be pleased to know there are new options around town. Several new restaurants are on the way, with some recently announced and already open for business.

The pace of restaurants opening in the region doesn’t appear to have slowed, as new concepts are bringing unique spins on Argentinian cuisine, classic brands are returning — and new options are even popping up for those looking for something sweet to try.
Restaurant activity has been busy in Central Florida. The region’s six counties — Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Seminole and Volusia — reported a combined 1,105 food licenses granted to various establishments and operations in fiscal 2022-23, up 11.1% from 994 in 2017-18, showed recent Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation data.
