ORMOND BEACH, Fla. — A 14-year-old was arrested Wednesday after a carjacking and strong-arm robbery at Ormond Beach Elementary School, police said.
The incident was reported at about 12:47 p.m. when the teen snatched the keys from the car’s owner at the school and drove away, the Ormond Beach Police Department said.
The car was found abandoned in Daytona Beach and the 14-year-old suspect was later arrested, police said.
The teen was not identified by investigators.
