Sunny and slightly warmer Wednesday with more cold air on the way

ORLANDO, Fla. — It’s a downright cold start to Wednesday, but slightly warmer weather is expected in the afternoon.

After some frost in northern areas, more sunshine is expected across our area.

Highs on Wednesday will climb into the low 60s, well below average.

Another push of cold air moves in overnight, sending temps even lower.

Thursday morning’s lows will be in the upper 30s in Orlando, with areas of frost again likely in northern areas.

Despite sunshine on Thursday, it will be another chilly day. Highs only be in the mid-50s with dry conditions.

Warmer weather quickly returns for Friday, with increasing clouds in the evening.

Temps to close out the week will return to the low 70s.

A cold front will move in early Saturday, bringing scattered morning showers to our area.

Highs for Saturday will be in the mid-60s.

More cool air is expected for Sunday, with variable clouds and temps in the low 60s.

The below-average temps will likely continue into next week.
