BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. — Launch fans will have a chance to see another Falcon Heavy later this month.

SpaceX and Space Systems Command are preparing to launch U.S. Space Force-44, the first National Security Space Launch, in October, Space Force said Friday.
USSF-44 will lift off from Space Launch Complex-39A at the Kennedy Space Center.

It will carry multiple satellites to place into orbit.
This will be the fourth Falcon Heavy since the debut of the vehicle and the first Falcon Heavy launch since June 2019.

The Space Force said SpaceX plans to recover the side boosters to reuse for another Space Force launch this year.
