ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Fla. — A 29-year-old man was injured Sunday morning in a shooting at a home, the Altamonte Springs Police Department said.
The shooting was reported shortly before 10:45 a.m. at a home at Beverly Avenue and Ballard Street, police spokeswoman Evelyn Estevez said.
A resident of a nearby apartment complex called 911 after hearing gunfire, Estevez said.

Investigators said the man was shot in the neck or chest area and was taken to Orlando Regional Medical Center. His condition was not known.
Garrett Love, who lives at the home, told Channel 9 he was awoken by a loud noise Sunday.
He said he walked to the front door, where he discovered one roommate lying on the ground, bleeding, and another roommate calling 911. %

"I heard a lot of commotion, and I ran outside," he said. "And he was (lying) on the floor with his arm on his shoulder."
Love said the victim is also his boss.

"He's like a big brother to me," he said.
The gunman remains at large, and the shooting remains under investigation.
No other details were given.
