Shaquille O’Neal’s Windermere home is off the bench.

After a pending sale of the basketball legend’s 31,000-square-foot lakeside estate fell apart in February, the home on March 16 was listed again for $16.5 million.

The house in Isleworth Golf & Country Club is listed by Benjamin Hillman, an agent with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty Southwest Orlando who has more than $185 million in closed deals across Central Florida.

“My deals don’t fall apart,” Hillman told the Orlando Business Journal.

This is the fifth time O’Neal, a retired NBA basketball star and former Orlando Magic player, has listed his home since 2018 without landing a buyer.

However, Hillman and Premier Sotheby’s took steps to freshen up the interior of the house, which was built in 1990.
