Series of crashes involving 10 vehicles shuts down I-4 in Volusia County

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — Officials are on scene of a series of crashes involving 10 vehicles in Volusia County.

It happened sometime late Thursday on I-4 westbound near mile marker 119. The crash is covering about two miles of the interstate, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.

Traffic is currently shut down on I-4 west.

Volusia County deputies and Florida Highway Patrol are on scene.
