SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — Troopers are investigating a crash involving a CSX train and a dump truck in Seminole County.

The crash happened around 12:55 p.m. at State Road 419 at Valentine Way.

Troopers said the crash happened when the dump truck pulled into the path of the train, which was travelling at a slow speed.
Seminole County: SR-419 has been shut down in both directions, after a dump truck pulled in front of a CSX freight train. Tow trucks are on scene to clear the truck off of the tracks. Driver suffered minor injuries. pic.twitter.com/plndigcHG4

Officials said the front of the train hit the side of the dump truck, causing the truck to turn on its side.

Troopers said the dump truck driver was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
No one on board the train was injured.
