A district spokesperson said they plan to accommodate as many teachers as possible but it depends on what parents select for their child’s instructional option.
SCPS employees will be asked to elect accommodations for one of the following three reasons:
ADA accommodations, for serious health condition or if they have a household member that may be susceptible to COVID-19.
The district also plans to send out reminders to parents Thursday to sign up for a back-to- school option or they will default to the face-to-face option.
The deadline is Friday at noon.
