SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. — The body of a missing boater on Lake Monroe was found on Sunday, according to officials with Florida Fish and Wildlife.
7 p.m. update:
FWC officials confirmed Sunday evening that the body of a boater who went missing Saturday was at around 11 a.m.
Officials did not identify the victim and said they are still working to make contact with family.

The search for a missing boater in Seminole County continues on Sunday.
The search began Saturday afternoon around 3 p.m. after authorities received a report that two people were in the water in distress.

According to Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission officials, seven people were onboard a boat on the St. John’s River, north of Wayside Park.
While the boat was drifting, two people went into the water, officials said.

One of the males surfaced while the other did not.
A search of the area was conducted by the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office dive team, Volusia County Sheriff’s Office aviation unit, Seminole County Fire Department, and FWC.

Davenport Police Department notified next of kin that the victim was missing.
The missing person has been identified as 34-year-old Nicholas Bulluck.

FWC units remained at the scene overnight and continued the search on the water.
SCSO and FWC dive teams are back out and will continue searching Lake Monroe on Sunday.
